So welcome everyone to 2012 and yay nobody died in apocalyptic-zombie horde-alien invasion fashion which is always good in my book. The Gambia

Hi all
Well on the 21st of November [or movember for all those mo-staches i'm seeing lately] I will be off on my travels to The Gambia as a volunteer to work at The Gunjur project www.thegunjurprojectgambia.com… which is in The Gambia and i won't be returning until the 5th of December [i think]
I will be going with a small group who i work with for Young Cumbria. I have been fast friends with them for over a year now and helped with many of their projects incuding creating 8 foot banner's for BandBlast, posters, leaflets, ticket sales and attending this years CockRock in an advisery role for some of the youth workers [ended up sleeping in a van and getting a crick in my neck!] but it was fun and i enjoyed being able to help not only inform but to raise money for Project Gunjur which actually made a lot of use of what art skills i have.
